Learning, wellbeing, and connection.

Wellbeing is something we study—and something we make time for. Through workshops, workplace conversations, student research, and community involvement, we bring questions about working and living well into shared spaces.

Students

Mental health in campus life.

Workshops with the Bridge Program, Management Department, and student organizations addressed mental health and wellbeing. More recent sessions included Stress and Wellbeing with ASI, the Dean’s Office, and the Center for Leadership.

Workshops and talks addressed mental health with company audiences, CEOs, and mid-level executives through the Center for Leadership, Mountain View Services, and other organizational settings.

Students taking research further.

Activities included a CSUF undergraduate presentation at the European Academy of Management conference, summer research on mental time travel, and student participation in the John E. Martin Mental Health Challenge.

Phoenix participated in Anaheim Union High School District senior capstone panels across three years and served as a judge for the 2026 Experian Case Competition with the Center for Social Impact.
